Alisma Parviflora, also known as Aquatic Baby's Breath or Spoon Leaf Water Plantain in an interesting little pond plant that looks great when planted at the edge of your pond. Beautiful green, oval leaves give way to sprays of lovely pink-white tiny blooms that resemble baby's breath. Alisma Parviflora grows well when roots are completely submerged in water (up to 3 inches of water above the roots) when planted in pots and placed on shelves around your pond, or planted directly into the moist soil on natural bottom ponds. Beautifully softens the edges of your pond, lovely foliage is green all summer long and flowers emerge in mid-late summer. Alisma Parviflora grows 2 feet tall in full sun to part shade and is extremely cold tolerant to minus 30 degrees F. Hardy in zones 3 - 9
