Key Largo Waterlily
Key Largo Tropical Waterlily is an excellent day-bloomer with vibrant shades of lavender over the petals of this stunning waterlily specimen. Key Largo Tropical Waterlily is paired with green pads which complement this annual waterlily nicely. Key Largo Waterlily is considered an annual in the north but performs beautifully in the north throughout the summer months!
Plant your Key Largo Waterlily in a wide, shallow container (12 inches wide x 5 inches deep) using loam soil. Place your newly planted waterlily in shallow water, with 6 inches of water above the top of the pot, in full sun. In a few weeks your waterlily will be established and may be placed a little deeper (12 - 24 inches) beneath the surface of the water, in full sun.
Fertilize your waterlilies with slow release fertilizer tabs throughout the growing and blooming months for optimum growth, best bloom and ease of use. Simply press the tabs into the soil of your waterlily container, once each month throughout the growing and blooming season.
