Variegated Sweetflag aka Variegated Sweet Flag, is a marvelous pond plant with upright habitat and fresh-green and cream striping. Variegated Sweetflag is an edible herb that can be grown in containers, in borders or at the edge of the pond in shallow water or for naturalizing in moist bog areas. Variegated Sweetflag spreads by creeping habitat and branching rhizomes. It is not invasive and will not overtake the pond.
