Yerba Mansa (Anemopsis Californica) is an edible herb that has many herbal and medicinal uses. Leaves have been used to make teas. An interesting plant with waxy, dull green leaves and unusual white flowers. Yerba Mansa grows 4 - 20 inches tall when planted in full sun and moist soil or shallow water. Great for naturalizing in marshes and wetlands and becomes a ground cover in those areas. Can be planted in containers at the edge of your pond. White flowers bloom all summer long.
